Step Ten: Preparing the Demonstration Prototype

A demonstration prototype is useful to test the ideas, strategies, content, and audience reception of a proposal project. It may be required for certain grant applications. Depending upon available funding, a web-based or CD-ROM prototype may be developed that illustrates the content and technology proposed for Indiana Online.

Responsibilities: Dependent on available funding, TPC to develop plans for a prototype for approval of advisory committees convened by IHC. Upon approval, TPC to implement prototype on its website and/or on CD-ROM. TPC and IHC to test with target audiences.

Schedule: March 1 – April 30, 2002.

Deliverable: Web-based and/or CD-ROM prototype.
